Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize the bottle. Boil water for 5 minutes and let it cool to approximately 40°C. Pour the required amount of water into the bottle and add the correct number of level measuring spoons. Close and shake well until completely dissolved. Use immediately after preparation.
