Insert the applicator into the nostril, keeping the other nostril covered. Spray once or twice as needed. Rub your nose to evenly distribute the gel inside. Repeat in the other nostril. Carefully clean the applicator.

Hydeal-DTM, Propylene Glycol, Carbomer 934, Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate, Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate, Dehydrated Sodium Acetate, Hydrogenated Castor Oil Polyoxyethylene 40, Peppermint, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide.
