Shake before use. Can be consumed as a snack between meals or as part of a main diet. It is recommended to consume 1 to 3 bottles per day as a supplement, or 7 to 10 bottles as a sole dietary source, always under the supervision of a healthcare professional. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
