Before applying the patch, you must clean and dry your skin thoroughly, making sure it is free of grease. Remove the product from its packaging just before you use it and apply it to the affected area. Leave it there for 6 hours and then remove it. This patch is for single use only. Wait 24 hours before applying another patch to the same area.

Nexcare 3M Heat Patches are self-adhesive strips that provide rapid therapeutic heat - they are practical and comfortable to use, adhere easily to the skin and remain fixed to the affected area. They are intended to relieve non-inflammatory joint pain and muscle problems, and are effective in treating injuries in these areas of the body. They also help to relieve the symptoms of stiff neck, lumbago, contractures, injuries and other discomforts. They are particularly recommended for relieving pain in the back, shoulders, lower back and neck. Despite all their benefits, caution should be taken when using them in more sensitive areas, such as the buttocks, lower abdomen and thighs, due to the greater susceptibility of the skin in these areas to burns.
The product should not be applied to children, people with sensitivity to heat or skin lesions such as dermatitis and psoriasis. It is also not suitable for people with heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis or serious pathologies. It is not recommended for use in individuals whose concentration is affected by alcohol or sedative products. The patch is not suitable for irritated, injured, swollen, infected or damaged skin. Do not use in the shower. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, your doctor should be consulted before use. It is recommended not to apply it before going to bed, or cover it with blankets or duvets, as this may increase the heat. This product can cause burns and adverse reactions (inflammation, itching, redness, eczema). If you experience any of these effects, stop using it and seek medical advice.
