How to Use

Adults:
A maximum daily dose of two teaspoons (or two sachets) is recommended. It can be taken up to a maximum of twice a day, as follows: one spoon/sachet in the morning, and the other in the afternoon or evening.

Young people aged 11 to 14:
One teaspoon (or one sachet), once a day.

Children aged 3 to 11 years old:
Half a teaspoon (or half a sachet), once a day.
