1. Pull the ear to straighten the entrance of the ear canal.

2. With the other hand, hold the tip of the plug and insert it in a circular motion until it is adjusted to the ear.

3. To remove the plug, make smooth and circular movements, in order to gradually relieve the pressure.

Cleaning instructions: Wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly before reuse. Store in the original packaging.

Recommended for over 7 years.

These plugs are not recommended for use in patients with hearing tubes (drains) or by patients recovering after hearing surgery, unless indicated by the doctor.

Do not use with scuba diving or at depths greater than 3 meters.

Rapid removal can damage the eardrum.

The use of lubricants or solvents can degrade the product.

The plugs must be inspected regularly and, if they become rigid, torn or deformed, they must be replaced.
