Made from biocompatible medical-grade silicone, latex-free and phthalate-free, the menstrual cup collects menstrual flow inside the vagina instead of absorbing it, preserving the natural moisture of the mucosa and reducing skin irritation. Size B was specially designed for women with heavier menstrual flow, or for those who have experienced vaginal childbirth, as these situations can alter the muscle tone of the pelvic floor. The larger capacity of this cup allows for prolonged use—generally up to 8 to 12 hours, depending on daily flow—before emptying and cleaning is necessary. The ergonomic shape and flexible silicone allow for comfortable placement and a secure fit that minimizes leaks, even during physical activity, sleep, or intense daily routines. -Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. -Wash your hands and fold the cup into one of the recommended positions (e.g., “C-fold” or “Punch-down”). -Insert the cup into the vagina, guiding it backward and downward until it is comfortable and fully open. -To remove, gently press the base of the cup to release the vacuum and gently pull on the extraction ring. -Empty the contents, wash with warm water and mild soap, and reinsert. -Sterilize between menstrual cycles and store in a clean, dry place.
