Fast Recovery Plant Based is a recuperator composed of the most specific nutrients to replenish muscle energy reserves, favor the synthesis of muscle mass and maximize recovery between workouts.

How to Use

Drink 1 serving (1 shake) after exercise. To prepare 1 shake, add 2 level scoops (80g) to 500ml of water. Mix well and drink. It should be taken at the end of tests/trainings with high intensity or duration longer than 1h, and can also be used during high intensity exercise or duration longer than 3h in order to maintain stable blood glucose and delay fatigue. This product can be taken throughout the sporting season, particularly in the most intense phase, and is especially suitable for bi-daily training days. It can be taken from the age of 16 with adjustment of the daily dose.
