Description

Whey Protein Oatmeal GoldNutrition® is a complete formula, nutritionally balanced and innovative. It represents a new concept of oatmeal on the market , being made only with biological and organic ingredients.

Traditionally oatmeal has a very soft consistency, GoldNutrition incorporated extruded vegetable proteins, together with peeled hemp seeds (these are the seeds with the highest percentage of protein) and apple cubes dehydrated to obtain a crunchy, unique final texture!

On the other hand, we included Chia seeds, after being hydrated they add creaminess and are a rich source of Omega 3 and Fiber. As oatmeal is commonly low in protein, GoldNutrition has developed this hyper-protein formula, with 20% protein to be able to reach all those who bet on a healthier diet and better body composition!

How to Use

The main purpose of this formula is that it is regularly part of the consumer's breakfast. However, it can also be taken as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack or after training, given its balanced ratio of carbohydrates and protein.

To prepare, add 6 tablespoons (60 g) to 100ml of hot water, milk or vegetable drink, let stand 3 - 4 minutes before eating. It can be enriched with nuts and almonds, as well as sliced banana and dried fruit raisins, in case you want a higher caloric value.

Composition

Ingredients: Organic oat flakes gluten-free [41.7%], sweetener (organic xylitol), organic chia seeds, organic husked hemp seeds, concentrated whey of biological origin, extruded of biological vegetable protein (organic sunflower protein, organic rice flour) [6%], diced organic apple [4.5%], organic cinnamon powder (Cinnamomum zeylanicum, peel) [4%], natural vanilla flavor, powdered organic guarana (Paullinia cupana, seeds).
