1. Clean and dry the skin before use, ensuring the blister area is free of creams or oils. 2. Peel off the top paper, then the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side. 3. Place the patch firmly over the blister, ensuring it adheres properly to the skin. 4. Leave the dressing in place until it comes off naturally. (Note: the dressing can remain in place for several days). 5. To remove the dressing: do not pull the dressing upwards but pull the dressing parallel to the skin.
