Description

The consumption of protein along with carbohydrates, during and after training, promotes water absorption and hydration, accelerates the regeneration of muscle energy reserves, can increase physical performance, protects muscles during exercise, can increase the time to reach fatigue and accelerate recovery.

How to Use

Drink before and during exercise between 500 - 1000 ml per hour in small sips every 15 - 20 minutes. If you do not use Fast Recovery GoldNutrition®, you should ingest 500 ml at the end of training. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Preparation: Add 2 measures (70g) to 1 L of moderately fresh water; mix well and drink.
